Business Enhancement Project
In 2022, I developed and self started a business enhancer, through OPSR, to equip current Early Childhood Educators with new and sustainable business practices to increase the quality of child care throughout the Tulsa area as well as collaborating with other business consultants to improve child care in the State of Oklahoma.

Business Incubator Project
In 2024, I created a framework for the State of Oklahoma to invest in Early Childhood Educators as a small business. The goal is to teach successful sustainable business practices to individuals who would like to open a small business in child care and provide more child care throughout the state.
Staffed Family Child Care Network
Developed and implemented a state-wide staffed family child care network to combat isolation for family child care providers and improve the quality of child care in the state of Oklahoma.
Certified Professional Development Facilitator
Certified facilitator for OPSR, YMCA & Y-USA.
Fund Raising Management
Experience raising $20,000 + for non profits
